We know the countdown to the festive season is well underway, but if you're dreaming of warmer climes (or just aren't ready to give in to all the Christmas food/drink/general frenzy quite yet) we thought we'd share a few of our Mexican food favourites for some variety over the next few weeks.

This is a full-on burrito fest, and we're not mad about it! If you're looking to go with something a little lighter (but make no mistake - still filling and packed with flavour) then Tortilla's naked burrito bowls are your go-to. This vegan chilli bowl comes with coriander rice, smoky black beans, grilled seasonal veg, their signature vegan chilli 'no carne', and topped with hand smashed guacamole, salsa verde and pickled onions - yum!
