CANCELLING AND EDITING ORDERS

Working with London’s best restaurants and kitchens means you and your teams enjoy high-quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. Preparing and delivering your delicious food takes time and requires watertight logistics – as such, our order cancellation policy is designed to give you the most hassle-free experience possible. If you ever wish to cancel an order – hopefully you never will, but things can go pear-shaped – we have a process in place.

Worry Free

– After placing an order, you can edit or cancel an order without penalty up until the end of the order's worry free period.

– The end of the worry free period for an order depends on the vendor, delivery time and items ordered. It is shown on the order details page accessible from your orders when logged in, and on your order confirmation email.

Cancellation

– Cancelling an order before the end of the worry free period incurs no fee and you will be refunded the full value of your order.

– Cancelling an order after the end of the worry free period will incur a cancellation fee equal to the value of your order.

– Please contact support@citypantry.com to cancel an order.

Editing orders

– You can edit the items in an order yourself up to the end of the worry free period from the order details page , accessible from the list of your orders.

– If you wish to increase your headcount, change your delivery time, or edit the dietaries on your order after the end of the worry free period, contact support@citypantry.com. We will contact the vendor to see if your changes are possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made. Order reductions within a vendor’s notice period/up to but not including the working day prior to delivery cannot be fulfilled. As ever, these notice periods do not include weekends.
