Changes to our Invoicing Process | Just Eat for Business

From 11th March, we're switching platforms which will affect how invoices are sent.

From Monday 11th March, we're switching platforms for our invoicing system. 

  • This means that consolidated invoices for pay on account customers will come from a different email address (no-reply@just-eat.co.uk). Individual order invoices for non pay on account customers will come from takeaway@myworkday.com.

    Please make sure to add the relevant email address above to your contacts so it doesn't fall into your spam folder. 

    Invoices will look and feel slightly different, but all the same information will be included as previously. 

Note: Future invoices will no longer be available for download on the Just Eat for Business platform, but historical invoices can still be downloaded.
