Over the past year, we've been experiencing external inflationary pressures, as have many of our partners across the hospitality industry. Up until now, we have held back on increasing our delivery prices.
Why are we introducing tiered delivery fees?
It has always been our priority to ensure that we're delivering a quality product, service and delivery experience to all our customers while also investing in continuous future improvement.
As a result of these external inflationary pressures, we have had to review our delivery fee pricing model to find a structure that allows us to continue providing a level of service that you are used to, whilst simultaneously ensuring future growth.
What will the new pricing structure look like?
We will be introducing a tiered delivery pricing structure that will enable us to keep the delivery fee flat for any customer ordering below £300, and slightly increase the cost of delivery for our largest orders, which require a more specialised service and thus higher-cost courier partners.
You can view a breakdown below:
Order basket |
Delivery Fee |
Up to £300 in value |
£21 + VAT |
£300-£500 in value |
£30 + VAT |
£500+ in value |
£40 + VAT |
We haven’t taken this decision lightly and want to ensure that our delivery experience, especially the larger and more complex orders, continue to match your expectations.
