Providing food for your teams in the office or while they work from home can be tricky, particularly if your colleagues have lots of different dietary requirements and preferences.
But it doesn’t have to be complicated - and we make sure it’s not. That’s why we offer plenty of tasty meals and treats from over 600 top restaurants and caterers to suit a wide range of dietary needs: veggie, vegan, no-gluten, halal and more.
To make it easy for you to find food for everyone, you can filter search results and menus by dietaries, and each menu item includes dietary tags too.
On 31st March 2021, we will be updating the way we describe certain dietaries, so here’s what you’ll see on our vendor partners’ menus from then:
V - Vegetarian
VG - Vegan
NG - No gluten
NN - No nuts
ND - No dairy
H - Halal
P - Pescatarian
The dietary tags in bold have been changed from ‘nut-free’ and ‘dairy-free’ to ‘no nuts’ and ‘no dairy’.
You may be wondering what ‘no gluten’, ‘no nuts’, and ‘no dairy’ tags really mean, so let us explain. When we tag food items this way it means that the named item (e.g. nuts, dairy) isn't an ingredient within that meal. However, we can’t guarantee that there’s been no cross-contamination during the food preparation process or further along the supply chain.
If you or one of your colleagues need to know more information about a specific food item before you order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us directly by emailing support@citypantry.com or calling 020 3893 3500, and one of our team members will be happy to help you.
You can find more information about dietary tagging on our FAQs page here.
